Cancellation Policy and No-Shows: Please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for treatments. Late cancellations or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will be subject to cancellation fees.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. A late arrival will deprive you of treatment time since we end all appointments on time to respect the next scheduled client.

Right of Refusal

Kneading Massage reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
